The RSS Feed Gets You There in One Click

Building industry members who want or need to stay atop of the latest happenings in their industry can now get the latest industry news with one click. RSS icon

Defined as Really Simple Syndication, RSS feeds publish frequently updated content such as blog entries. All modern browsers like Internet Explorer work with them, checking regularly for new information on the blog or website to which you subscribe.

All you have to do is go to the BIA blog and click on the Orange Subscribe to RSS icon RSS icon at the top right of your screen. Your computer will open the BIA blog feed and at the top of the screen you should see "Subscribe to This Feed" in the yellow box. You can also decide how to sort the info on your feed in the display options window.

Subscribe to the BIA RSS feed

In the dialog box that will appear, click "subscribe." At this time, the feed will be listed in your Feeds Folder similar to your favorites of history folder. In Internet Explorer, if you can't see the feeds folder, click on View > Explorer Bar > Feeds.

Now, the next time you want the latest posting on the BIA blog, simply click on the feed.
