The Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) exists to educate and recognize a network of new home sales and marketing professionals in San Diego who have found common ground at the BIA. SMC also provides a forum for the free exchange of new ideas and current trends among industry professionals outside the boundaries of the competitive market place.

SMC is unique from other BIA councils because it has official dues-paying members. An individual membership for the local council is $60. Dual membership with the San Diego and the National Council is an additional $30.
