Icon Nomination Questions – Individual – Building Industry Association of San Diego

Awards are based on the time period from January 1, 2019 – August 13, 2021.
An award winner from the previous year is not eligible to be recognized in the same category they won the previous year.
Please limit your answers to 200 words or less per question.
Deadline to submit your answers is Friday, August 20, 2021 by 12:00pm. If you were previously nominated and have already answered these questions you do not need to submit the form again.
REQUIRED! A color photo of candidate – at least 500×500 pixels at 300 dpi jpeg format.
NEW! In lieu of an in person interview those nominated will be required to submit a video answering three interview questions:

Note: For Categories 38 & 39 the video interview is not required. Finalists will be interviewed in person on Wednesday, August 25th at the BIA.
