Step into the Spotlight! BIA San Diego has created a new opportunity to shine in the Spotlight, a new awards program recognizing our members for their contributions to our community, our industry, and the association. Join us for an evening to honor and pay tribute to our membership for the work they do to support the association and advance the ability to build much needed housing throughout San Diego County.
Award winners will be announced and honored at the 2022 Spotlight Honors Awards show on Saturday, September 24th at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront.
Shining The Spotlight On Members & Housing 2022
The BIA Spotlight Honors recognizes our industry’s most outstanding contributors (Builder, Trade, and Design Professionals) who have distinguished themselves by working hard to deliver their best each day for the betterment of our industry.
We invite you to nominate qualified candidates, companies, and products that have been standouts during the period of January 1, 2020 through August 1, 2022, with their contribution to creating quality new singly family homes, multi-family residences for sale or rent, mixed use, and/or urban projects within each category below.
Entries must be actively selling/leasing a project within San Diego, Riverside, or Imperial counties. Individuals and companies nominated or submitting an entry must be employed by an active BIA San Diego member company in good standing at the time the award is given.
Spotlight Honors reserves the right to eliminate any category due to insufficient entries or add categories if the judges believe it is warranted.
Process & Requirements

- Complete Entry Application & pay entry fees no later than August 8th, 2022
- Entry Fees:
- Top Producer Honors: $95
- Marketing, Design, & Professional Achievement Categories: $150
- Grand Award Categories: $350
Once submitted, Entry System will generate your unique entry serial number(s) per entry.
Your entry materials are due by August 8th, 2022
Digital entries should be submitted by FTP, or File Sharing service (dropbox, yousend it) to entries@teampmp.com
